Safety takes precedence over every other consideration. When Ocean Whisperer begins operating, the Pilot-in-Command will hold final authority over whether a flight operates, is delayed, or is rerouted. This authority is absolute and is exercised solely in the interest of guest and crew safety.
All flights will be conducted in accordance with applicable Curaçao Civil Aviation Authority regulations, with full commercial liability coverage appropriate to private helicopter operations.
Ocean Whisperer does not operate speculative flights. If conditions are marginal, we will say so in advance. If a flight cannot operate safely, guests are offered a full refund or rescheduling to the next available departure at no additional cost.
